I wrote this poem this morning after working all night.

"Elemental Quintessences" @omnispo 2/27/14

As earthworms recycle dead leaves into new life; 
Be a Boulder shrugging off hailstorms of negativity. 
As sponges absorb nourishing rains of positivenergy; 
Be a Mirror Reflecting the loving rays of social sunlight.

If you recently received an envelope of organic heirloom Sunflower Seeds, sent from @omnispo in Columbus, Ohio (The Heart of "The Heart of it All")? In the spirit of "Seeding it Forward," I humbly request you consider doing the following: 1. Soak, Sow & Grow the seeds in a sunny spot with lots of love!   2. Take & Share pictures of your majestic sunflowers. 3. Once the flower-heads are mature in autumn, cut & dry the sunflower heads to save in paper bags for sowing in Spring 2015. 4. During Spring of 2015, Share your saved sunflower seeds with neighbors, friends, strangers, & Family members, "Seeding it Forward" into the Future. *Over 30 households received an envelope of seeds in Year-Zero (2014).
